The second AGM of Apartment Owners’ Network Company Limited by Guarantee will take place at 6.30pm on Tuesday 21 May 2019, in the Wood Quay Venue, Civic Offices, Dublin 8.
Dealing with Legacy Defects & Fire Safety
The AGM will be followed by presentations on legacy defects, and apartment fire safety from-
- Mr. Eamon O’Boyle of Eamon O’Boyle & Associates, Chartered Fire Engineers and Event Safety Consultants
- A Fire Prevention Officer from the office of Dublin Fire Brigade’s Chief Fire Officer.
A similar session in 2017 attracted a full house.

Apartment Living – National Survey
We have been asked to advise that Amárach Research , on behalf of the Housing Agency, will shortly undertake a national satisfaction survey of apartment living. Accredited researchers will call to estates in the coming weeks. Your property management agent may already be aware of the study. We encourage you to engage, and to facilitate participation by residents of your estate.
National Volunteering Week 2019
National Volunteering Week takes place from 13–19 May 2019. It is billed as a week dedicated to highlighting volunteering across Ireland.
