Hello all,
Our next meeting will take place on Wednesday 13th May 2015. Maureen O’Sullivan Registrar of Companies will address the meeting. We will be in our usual spot, the Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Offices. The meeting will begin at 7pm sharp.
New company legislation, The Companies Act 2014 is effective from the 1st June 2015 and Maureen will outline the changes and the effect they will have on our owner management companies and in particular our roles as Directors.
Maureen was only appointed to the role of Registrar of Companies in March of this year having served in several roles across the Civil Service.
I would encourage you to attend so that you are briefed on the changes. The meeting will also allow you to ask Company Law questions.
As per usual there will will be Tea, Coffee, Sandwiches available available from 6.45pm for those attending. To facilitate the set up of the venue, can you advise us if you are going to attend.
