In order to be GDPR compliant we must ask you to re-subscribe to our mailing list. It is a quick step to stay in touch- more below.
You might read this email, think “I’ll do it later…”, and then possibly forget. So allow us very quickly to remind you why it’s useful to know the background:

– What work we’ve undertaken recently
– Updates on the law and regulation affecting apartments

GDPR – what we do with your data
When you subscribe to our mailing list we ask for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and the Local Authority Area of your development. The mailing list is stored in our account with MailChimp, our email management platform. It is not shared with other third parties. It is the basis on which we have your consent to keep in contact with you in the way outlined above. We retain the information for as long as you wish to continue to receive our communications.
When you use our website contact form we ask for your Name, Email Address Development Name, Owners’ Management Company Name or Registered Number, Development Location, Number of Units in the estate, and the Development Builder. This information is stored via our website provider Worldpress.com and allows us to have a sense of the scope of our participant base. This information is not shared with other third parties.
When you confirm meeting attendance, we ask for your Name and Email Address. This is to allow us to verify contacts, and to estimate numbers for meetings. This information is not shared with third parties.
This might be the end of the line in our communication with you, and if it is we are sorry to lose you. We wish you well in your apartment or multi-unit development.
