At our February meeting we had Ciaran Mullen give us a presentation on Saving money, focusing specifically on saving money on common area lighting. His address to the meeting offered tips on preparing a business case to see whether an upgrade is worth the capital investment and also how to approach the SEAI for grants associated with upgrading your lighting.
