AON Meeting – 6 February 2019: Service charge collection & debtor management

Service charge income is the lifeblood of every Owners’ Management Company.  Without it no OMC can run effectively.

Do your OMC and your directors know the steps for successful service charge collection?  Do you know the legal routes to recovering service charge debts?  What are the “Dos” and “Don’ts” when tackling management fees outstanding?

Setanta Landers of Reddy Charlton Solicitors has kindly agreed to present to us on the topic of Service Charge Collection and Debtor Management.  Setanta is a solicitor in Reddy Charlton’s Litigation Department.  He advises on commercial and civil matters, including the Multi-Unit Developments Act, property disputes, and landlord and tenant law.  Setanta’s presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.

We’ll update you on our advocacy work since our last meeting.

Your usual opportunity to share experiences and learn from others will follow in our open forum.

Please ensure to complete our Meeting attendance form to confirm your attendance on Wednesday 6 February.

Please join us for tea, coffee and sandwiches from 6.45pm.  We will begin the meeting at 7pm sharp.

Directions to Wood Quay Venue are here.

We look forward to seeing you on the night.  Remember to let us know you’re coming!
