Hello All,
Our April meeting will be next Wednesday the 13th April, in our usual spot of the Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council offices. On Wednesday evening Deirdre will make a presentation on a positive note- ” Better Apartments “.
This will be Deirdre’s last meeting as Chairperson of Apartment Owners Network. After a long number of years at the helm of the AON, Deirdre has decided it is time for her to hand the reins over to others to take AON into the future, so she can step back from the Network’s activities and pursue other matters.
No need to panic though as for now the plan is that AON will continue to operate as normal but with some changes planned in the long-term about how the Network will operate in the future, and the direction it will take in regards to representing the interests of Apartment Owners and those of us living in Multi Unit Developments. More to come on these changes over the next few weeks and months so watch this space.
As part of the handover process we also want to get a firmer grasp on how many Owner Management Companies (OMC’s) and individual units the Network represents in total. So if you are currently a member, or if you’re planning to become a member, we would urge you to get in contact and let us know the name of your development, it’s location, and most importantly the number of units in the development.
As always there will be Tea, Coffee and Sandwiches available from 6.45pm with the meeting beginning at 7pm sharp. If you plan to attend Wedneday’s meeting please contact us in order to facilitate the set up of the venue.
