Hello all,
Some good news since our last meeting – the Apartment Owners Network Company Limited by Guarantee was incorporated on November 10th. This means we can now get on with the little matter of proceeding to sort out a bank account in the company’s name and collecting funds to assist us in representing owners of apartments and houses in managed estates. Many thanks to all those who contributed to framing our constitution over the past few months.
Our final meeting of 2016 will take place on Wednesday November 30th at 7pm sharp in our usual Wood Quay venue, Dublin City Council offices.
The topic for the meeting is “Apartment Owners Network – 2017 Priorities & Objectives”. Now that we have our new corporate structure in place, it’s time to turn our attention to the real issues facing multi-unit development living and what we should do to improve matters. It will be an open forum and the feedback & discussion we have on the evening will dictate our agenda for 2017.
If you are unable to attend but would like to contribute, please Let us Know what your top two priorities for AON action are and any suggestions you may have to tackle these problems.
At the meeting, we will also provide an update on our recent meetings with Dublin City Council Dept. of Housing and with representatives of the Property Management Agents committee of the SCSI.
As always there will be Tea, Coffee and Sandwiches available from 6.45pm with the meeting beginning at 7pm sharp.
Directions to the meeting venue are available here.
We look forward to seeing you on November 30th
AON
