Hello all,
Our April meeting takes place on Tuesday 11 April. We will kick off at 7pm sharp in our regular spot, the Wood Quay Venue, at the Dublin City Council offices in Wood Quay.
Since our last meeting in March we have made further strides forward with the organisation’s structures, policies and funding. We have met other stakeholders involved in the OMC sector. At this month’s meeting will give you an update on our work, including:
- Our submission to Tax Policy Division of Department of Finance regarding the Tax and Fiscal Treatment of Landlords Consultation
- Our submission to the Forward Planning Section Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government regarding the “Ireland 2040 – Our Plan” National Planning Framework
- Our meeting with the Waste Policy & Resource Efficiency section of the Department of Communications, Climate Action & Environment with regard to proposals for “Pay By Weight” waste disposal
- Our meeting with the Housing Agency to explore how it can support our initiatives to improve the functioning and management of Multi Unit Developments in Ireland
We renew our call for members to get involved with formulating the Network’s policy positions.
We will also host our usual open forum which affords members the opportunity to discuss issues affecting your multi-unit development. If there are issues in your development or Owners Management Company you’d like to like to get the input of the AON membership on, you can Contact Us Here with the details before the meeting.
As usual tea, coffee and sandwiches will be available from 6.45pm. The meeting will begin at 7pm sharp.
