AON Meeting 5 December: Short-Lets in Apartments & MUDs

Hello all,

Our final meeting of a very busy 2017 takes place on Tuesday 5th December 2017 at 7pm. We are back in our regular spot of the Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council.

We have arranged a discussion on short term lettings, and issues for OMCs. This is in light of the Department of Housing’s recent Circular “Guidance on Planning Applications for Short Term Lettings”.

The intention is to hear members’ views and to gauge opinion.

Frank McDonald, former Environment Editor of the Irish Times and chair of Temple Bar Residents, has kindly agreed to attend and contribute to the discussion. Temple Bar Residents took the recent landmark planning case on short-lets, details here- http://www.pleanala.ie/casenum/RL3490.htm

Those intending to come to the meeting are encouraged to read the Circular-

We will update you on the range of our work in October and November. Our usual open forum will conclude the meeting.

As usual we will have Tea, coffee and sandwiches available from 6.45pm. The meeting will begin at 7pm sharp.

To assist us in planning the meeting, please let us know if you plan to attend using our Meeting Attendance form.

Directions to the meeting venue if you need them are available here.
