Draft National Risk Assessment 2018

We recently prepared a submission to the Department of the Taoiseach in relation to the public consultation on the Draft National Risk Assessment 2018.

Our submission concerned the strategic environmental and financial risks posed by underfunding in the apartment sector.

The final 2018 National Risk Assessment document was published on 16 July 2018.  Our submission is referenced in Annex 5 (page 86).

 

Company Law & Owners’ Management Companies

We wish to hear from you by email to info@apartmentownersnetwork.org with examples where provisions of Company Law (specifically Companies Act 2014) are not being adhered to by Owners’ Management Companies and directors.

Network coverage in Sunday Times Ireland edition – 6 July 2018

Our presentation to the Oireachtas Housing Committee received a mention in a recent Sunday Times article entitled “Apartment disputes could be settled by ombudsman” by Michael Cogley.  The site is subscriber access only, however one may register details for access to two articles free per week.
