Our next meeting will take place on Thursday 10th November at 7pm in the usual location. Due to popular demand, the topic of debt collection will be discussed – Deirdre Fox (chair of AON) and Jenny Murphy (member of Carley & Connellan) will address the meeting.
We have been working to obtain a definitive on whether a receiver is obliged to pay the service charges due (including arrears) on the apartments they have taken charge of. We believe they are obliged but are endeavouring to have an auditor or solicitor write it down for us.
Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you’re able to attend so that we can make space for you.
Here’s a map and showing the location and here’s a list of ways to get there:
- Four Courts on the Red Line from Tallaght, Connolly and the Point (map)
- Dart & Suburban trains
- Dublin Bikes
- Dublin Bus
- Bus routes have changed lately. Check out this page to find the new bus routes.
- On-street parking
- On-street parking is located across the river, in front of the Four Courts building.
